Scarf made from 100% handwoven cotton. The scarf has discreet blue and gray stripes, so depending on the light the scarf appears either blue or gray. Looks great with blue denim.
It is best to wash the scarf by hand, as it prevents the cotton from creasing, but if you machine-wash the scarf, do it at low temperatures and choose the slowest spin cycle. The scarf is dyed using natural colors that might fade slightly when washing. Do not tumble dry the scarf.
The scarf measures 12in x 63in and is made in Thailand.

The scarf is designed by Chimmuwa, which is a part of Borderline Collective in Mae Sot, Thailand. Chimmuwa was founded by Sylvia and Nor-Nor with the purpose of providing employment opportunities and job training for young female migrants and refugees from Myanmar.
Chimmuwa purchases the handwoven cotton fabric from villages in the northern part of Thailand and turn it into beautiful items like this scarf. In the video, Sylvia tells us how she sources the cotton:
